Weighing, pricing, and record-keeping — off paper, into one system.

The problem: Every incoming load of material was weighed on a scale and recorded by hand, then re-entered later. Commodity prices changed regularly and had to be tracked separately.
The friction: Two manual steps for every transaction — the weighing itself, then re-entry — with pricing tracked apart from the record it belonged to.
The system: A custom operations app: look up or add a customer, weigh the material, apply live commodity pricing, generate a slip automatically, save everything to one database.

Live and in daily use today, replacing the paper process entirely — already being expanded to cover more of the operation.

WhatsApp order automation

Orders now captured automatically, not written down by hand.

The problem: Orders came in over WhatsApp, one message at a time, and had to be read, understood, and written down by hand — during the busiest hours of the day.
The friction: Staff pulled off the till or the kitchen to transcribe orders in real time, with no consistent record of what was actually promised to a customer.
The system: An automated WhatsApp ordering flow: customers view a menu, place an order, and the system captures, confirms, and logs it automatically.
